1. All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Alieen Store are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or another suitable resolution if the claim is valid.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Final Decision

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Alieen Store reserves the right to approve or reject any request at its sole discretion.
